Participants
Nine adults with severe mental retardation and problems with social skills
Technique
Showing participants videos with models providing examples of appropriate social amenities, developing appropriate working relationships, and accepted means of requesting assistance from a supervisor.
Evaluation
Participants were able to correctly identify inappropriate behavior in more than half the situations and all were able to increase their rate of acceptable behavior.
